If the issue persists, you may return your order, provided that your withdrawal request is made within 14 days from the day the parcel was delivered to you.

Return shipping costs are at your expense, and the shipment is made at your own risk. Returns are only possible if the products have not been used, especially the toilet brush.

Clean the surfaces of your toilet seat and lid with a damp sponge or cloth, and use only mild soap or gentle, natural household cleaning products. Do not use abrasive cleaners, such as scouring pads, scrubbing sponges, or powdered products, as they may scratch your accessories.
